Honours Project

Game Content & Level Design
A multiplayer and single player level created as individual projects, designed in Unreal Engine.

Ready, Set, Rumble!
A local multiplayer game for 2-4 players offering fast-paced and exciting gameplay, made for our 2nd year group project.

StarDung
A lone Dung Beetle must collect fallen star fragments and harness their power within the star balls in order to return the stars to the sky. Global Game Jam 2021 entry, following the theme of "Lost and Found".

Game Narrative
A visual novel game based narratively on a single image, created in the Unity engine using the Fungus extension.

Human Computer Interaction
An app prototype created using Figma, focussing on the interactive experience for a user, with focus towards any potential accessibility needs.

Lou Surfer: Downhill Damnation
You play as Lou Surfer, the cool-dude fallen angel who now must return to the Underworld after spending too much time in the world of the living, following a descending path straight back to Hell. A Ludum Dare 46 submission made by a small team of friends.

Game Design
Three separate project which tasked our team to create our own spin on Snakes and Ladders based on varying Luck-Skill ratios, then ultimately developing our own board game based on the Extinction Rebellion group.

Serious Games Design
A project developed in the area of serious (educational) game design, based on the topic of climate change.

Game Preproduction Workshop
The preproduction phase of an online multiplayer game designed towards a specific brief, developed as part of a year long 3rd year project.

User Psychology
A deep dive into the world of user psychology and all of its many similar fields, researching and defining the techniques designers employ in order to entice a user into their product.
